Madagascar Red Vanilla — For Extraction and Processing
Our Madagascar red vanilla is a reduced-moisture (20–25%) Vanilla planifolia, mainly intended for extraction, powder-making and aromatic preparations. Its extended curing gives it a powerful aroma with spicy, woody and fruity notes.
Aromatic Profile
A powerful, concentrated and complex aroma: pronounced spicy and woody notes, with characteristic fruity touches. Its reduced moisture content makes it an excellent base for both industrial and artisanal extraction.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can red vanilla be used directly in pastry-making?
It can be used to infuse milk or cream, but its texture, less supple than Gourmet grade, makes it less suited to direct scraping. It is optimal for extraction.
